Who is the Chart Freak?
My name is Robert Alexander, but I’m probably better known as ‘Alex’ in trading forums. I’ve been a full time trader for around a decade and began trading in the late 1990s. You can read more about me on my “MY STORY” page found on this site.

Yes, all transactions are 256bit SSL secured and are handled directly by our Merchant, Stripe. https://stripe.com/ At no time does Big League Finance (supporting sites) EVER handle or store your credit card information on any of our databases or systems. We do not have access to this information and we treat members privacy and security very seriously.
Will My Personal Information Be Kept Confidential and Secure?
This is a private and personal membership service, and we will NEVER release any of our members personal information. We hate SPAM! All data (we keep minimal information) will always remain strictly confidential, and we will never sell or provide any information to any third parties. PERIOD.

How Often Do You Post Content?
There is no hard and fast rule for when content is posted. In general, Rob is posting content daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times per day! There are times however where the markets are quieter or that Rob does not see an adequate setup present itself, so it may be a day or two between posts.
How Do I Check My Account or Change a Password
Click onto the MY ACCOUNT page from the menu bar. There you could change your password, update your personal profile information, and check your current subscription status.
Can I Cancel My Memberhsip?
Of Course you can. We never like to see a member leave our service, and we hope you will contact us before thinking of cancelling if you’re unhappy with our service. But to cancel, simply send us a note via the Contact Us page or email email@example.com

How Do You Handle Billing?
All credit cards are charge securely by Stripe merchant services, these are not processed manually. You will be charged only the agreed membership amount on the anniversary of your subscription depending on your terms, i.e. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly. Your credit card statement will show the vendor “Big League Fin Network” as the merchant.
